I'll give you an analogy of sorts.
Yesterday at the swapmeet in Honolulu, in the third or fourth row of shops and stands, there basically was a huge garage sale. What is a Garage Sale? Various items the seller, let's call him Man 1, does not want. Look at your trashcan. It is filled with stuff you do not want. Ever heard of dumpster diving? Let's say Man 2 looks dumpster dives into a dumpster where Man 1's trash and other trash has been disposed of. Man 2 finds a copy of a betamax copy of Top Gun. Man 2 is a collector of betamax tapes, and has 254 Betamaxes. Man 2 has found a treasure, a treasure being something of want.
Going to back to the Swapmeet, Man 3 set up various items to sell, trash as he considered it. Stuff you don't want. The trash in question was a Sega Dreamcast with 4 games, one controller, and hookups.(No goddamn VMU! ) I have wanted a Dreamcast ever since my brother got rid of his(It was defective as it is, apparently). That Dreamcast was Man 3's trash and now my treasure.
