What is your religion/philosophy?

PirateNinja6 3 years 11 months ago Posts: 3096 Banned User Admin	I was raised Christian, I grew out of that. For a year or two, I went through various religious or lack of religious phases. Atheism, Agnostic Theism, Buddhism, good times. I've came to a conclusion that I hate fundamentalism and dogma, religious and irreligious alike. Long story short, I'm a stoic(I try) Deist.

For me, I had to admit that there was a small chance that maybe... just maybe... I didn't know everything. Then I became open to thinking "Hey, maybe there is a God and I just haven't understand it yet." Its a personal thing, no religion involved.

Deleted 3 years 11 months ago Posts: 54340	Non-denominational Christian. I'm not Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist...etc. I don't like to associate myself with any of the denominations. I believe in the core message of Christianity (you need Jesus Christ as your savior), and I believe the Bible is the Word of God...but I don't like to follow any church as many of them are filled with dogma and practices that neither Jesus nor the disciples ever taught (especially the Catholic Church, which is the church I try to distance myself from the most).

Amen, man. It's not all about this idea of finding a religion. God made it possible for everyone to find out about Himself. It's just our choice whether or not we are willing to accept it. I'm not part of a religion. I do attend church, but not to be seperated from other churches, just simply to have someone to meet with, and learn something I didn't know about the historical aspect.
