    		 Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt should hold the numers 1 & 2 spots, respectively. History tends to brush over a lot of the not-so-good things that Lincoln did. And I seriously don't think that George W. Bush was a worse president than Jimmy Carter.
