I believe it's Captain America from the DC/Marvel Civil War comic series. The big story arc of this summer. Or maybe not. Prove me wrong.

My avatar is of Lawrence Van Dough, antagonist of the 1994 movie Richie Rich played by one of my favorite actors EVAH, John Larroquette. I've been thinking about adding a sig banner with Lawrence on it, but I'm fresh out of ideas as to what screencap I want to use right now.

Scrooge McDuck is a rich guy who's proud and unashamed he's rich. He espouses and symbolizes my views on the importance of individualism as best as an 80's cartoon character can.

I mean, it's him or a pic of Ayn Rand; but sadly she was never a character in an old cartoon.

I can't believe no one has gotten it Nite Owl(2).

It's the Watchmen, I thought I lived in a secluded town but the fact no one else here has read that classic comic is almost sickening.

It was in likely every high school in America in the late 80's and early 90's. It won a freaking Hugo award, and is being made into a motion picture.

I lose a little bit more hope in humanity every day.

Bravo, Dr Strange! You guessed it! And yes, to anyone who hasn't read the brilliant "Watchmen" go to you local Barnes and Nobles and buy it today!

Well, I change my avatars sometimes, but the avatar I have now is from a FAVORITE old show called "Jim Henson's Mother Goose Stories". It was a really sweet, but short-lived show I adored watching on the Disney Channel when I was a kid. :)
