For myself, it's The Neverending Story and Top Secret. Yours?

As for me, since I was born in 1991, my favorite movies from 1991 are:

    1. Terminator 2: Judgement Day (for its groundbreaking computer generated imagery, perhaps 2 years before Jurassic Park expands the digital technological takeover to recent years)
    2. Disney's Beauty and the Beast (which is the only animated feature film to be nominated for a Best Picture Oscar at the Academy Awards which is probably a decade before The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences adopted a Best Animated Feature category of their own)
    3. An American Tail: Fievel Goes West (According to my parents, my family's favorite part from that film was the scene that the cowboy dog, Wiley Burp, hypnotizes Tiger, Fievel's feline friend, by using the "L-a-a-a-a-a-zzy Eye"!)

So, these are my favorite films from the year I was born, 1991.

When I was born the world was introduced to classics such as:

    - Indiana Jones and the Raiders of The Lost Ark
    - Escape From New York
    - For Your Eyes Only (ok, not so much of a classic but enjoyable)
    - An American Werewolf in London
