    No it ain't. An Mc is one that tells a story with lyrics having profound meaning most of the time. Rappers tells a story about big rims/cribs/bling-bling... or sing about how much they have.

    A true Mc live the lyrics. Doesn't show off just for the fun of it. More into music and less extravagancy.
