Underappreciated cartoons

Which cartoons did you like that no one else seemed to like? Surely there're a couple. Here're my picks for my favorite underrated cartoons:

*The Brothers Flub. Surely I'm not the only person who liked this. I thought it had an original idea, interesting characters, and heck, they spoke Spanish in nearly every episode. (I was taking Spanish classes at the time.) P.S. Anybody got any episodes of this online somewhere? YouTube has only the intro.

*Marsupilami or however you spell that. Sure, strange name, and what the hell is he anyway? I snapped up three tapes of this at a grocery store once when they were eliminating their video section (ironically, a video store in the parking lot has since closed too; clearly nobody in that town wants to watch movies). I thought it was delightfully offbeat, even if the name doesn't sit too well with me.

Marsupilami was originally a character in the Belgian comic "Spirou". But in the 90s, Disney decided to make a cartoon show about him. It was never a popular Disney show though, because honestly, it wasn't that good, and I haven't seen it in, what, twelve years.

So? I'm only 21. I don't recall anything that I saw on TV before 1992, save for a handful of game shows.

I'm all alone on this one. I liked "My Favorite Martians" from 1973. Sure Filmation did a poor job with the animation, but Jonathan Harris (Dr. Smith, Lost In Space) as the voice for "Uncle Martin" was genius! And the dialogue was well written too.

The episode where Tim's house was going to be knocked down to make way for a freeway offramp was flat out funny. Uncle Martin used his martian powers to absolutely ruin the day for the poor guy on the bulldozer. A little martian magic on the building plans sends the work crew to the home of the planning commissioner instead. Excellent episode.

The Eldorado is dead. Long live the Eldorado.
