Where do I begin with this classic toyline and cartoon series? Since 1974, Takara has been releasing these great figures. Granted when they were first created, they were very crude. But in 1983, through various mergers of toylines from Takara, the Transformers debuted from Hasbro. The figures and storylines have always been a favorite among children and collectors.

    These are Transformers fans.

Take the cap off their heads, press a button on the the back, and their heads spin like a fan.

I love G1 Transformers. I'd get the box sets if they weren't so rare and expensive. :x

How far does the Gen-1 collection go up to? I mean, what episode is the final episode in that whole collection?

Online stores. Mainly http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/menu.aspx?menu=1357 and http://www.digital-toys.com/tfc2007.html . Both are great sites.

And the last episode of the original TF series was the Headmasters story.

Cheers. Yeah, I was looking at them online today - the set that Madman released in the imitation Transformers toy box. I can't believe I actually watched nearly a hundred episodes of transformers JUST in the Gen 1 series when I was younger. That's perverse.
