Help me identify this Famicom Disk System game!

    		 All right, now here's a title I've been looking for for years. A long time ago I got this set online with about a dozen or so Famicom Disk System games. Now all of them I was able to identify, except this certain one (that I can't stop looking at for obvious reasons ;)). I've looked at lists of Famicom games (never saw anything like it), looked up pictures (never found it at all), asked many people describing it as best as I could (nobody knew), yet never even came close. Now I've described it detail-for-detail more times than I can count, and I really don't feel up to doing that again... but this time, I have something even better- pictures! :D Please, if you know anything about this game, inform me! This has been bugging me for at least four years now! Thank you!

    		 Well that I don't know, I checked the contents and couldn't find anything about that in English. Everything I scanned is all I have.

    		 The label on the disc says Appuru Taun Monogatari - Apple Town Tales (or story).

    There's some info at the Square-Enix Japanese site: http://www.square-enix.com/jp/archive/appletown/ but it probably won't be much use to you :P

    If there's any other Japanese games you're trying to identify take a photo and I can translate the name for you.

    		 Whoa, wait, are you serious? I read about that game, but that cover looks like it'd be... well, anything else. I mean, it has the girl on the beach, the turtle guy, the randomly-placed cell phone, and that weird guy peeking at her out of the ocean (all of this I figured had to do with the plot)... hahah, wow, I never would've guessed. Not to mention that art on that page you sent, which I have seen before, actually looks like the game. I guess it's an alternate cover or something... I just don't get how it's even remotely related to the game. Ahhh well, thanks a ton.

    I actually have a few others I've yet to really think about, mostly because their box art isn't really as interesting, but I am curious to know. I'll take a picture of 'em sometime in the future and post them here. :)

    		 Yeah, that's the one I was talking about, that one looks like it'd be related to the game. However, the art on my game looks completely different.

    		 Yeah it looks like there was a grey disk which came in a big pack and a yellow disk like yours. Here is the yellow one like you have:

    		 The disk says Apple Town Tales - Little Computer People. The cover has no real labels on it though. On the front the girl is saying "O" and on the back it says Famicom Disk System and there is a space to write down notes.
