    		 I don't think that part's in a game, just his backstory (so maybe in Alpha?).

    Also, E. Honda's cheaper than Blanka.

    In his original back story for Street Fighter II it says he was raised by wolves but learned his Electricity attack from electric eels. I don't know how that worked exactly. Perhaps the eels had custody on weekends.
