If Bruce Cambell doesn't reprise his role, I think that they should have Michael Landes from Special Unit 2 be the new Ash. He can deliver a good punch line, he's got the whole likeable cocky bastard thing down, and he has experience fighting the undead

If Bruce Willis can still do John McClain, Sylvester Stallone can still do Rocky AND Rambo, and Harrison Ford can still do Indiana Jones, there is absolutely no fucking excuse as to why Bruce Campbell can't comeback as THE One, THE only, THE Ash. Unless of course he personally doesn't wanna do it...which would be a crying shame and a sign that any Evil Dead 4 plans should be scrapped without Bruce.

I love AoD, but my least favorite thing is how Ash went from being some random college student to a superhero in (film-time wise) under ten minutes.

If I remember right they were planning on spliting them into two films. I thought that evil dead remake was scrapped because of negative fan reaction Sir_Lister_Of_Smeg?
