I prefer Scooby-Doo Where Are You?, The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, and A Pup Named Scooby-Doo (even though it can get annoying at times. Blame Freddy).

    I liked
    -Scooby Doo, Where Are You?,
    -The New Scooby Doo Movies,
    -A Pup Named Scooby Doo
    and
-What's New Scooby Doo? (though I don't like it quite as much as the others).

While I'm not a Scrappy Doo hater, I didn't care for the shows he was in. I'm not too fond of the new one Scooby Doo Mystery Incorperated either. And the one before it Shaggy & Scooby Doo Get a Clue was one of the worst shows I've ever seen.

First through 3rd. Pretty much everything afterwards sucked, except for that scooby doo movie in 1988 (Reluctant Werewolf)

I only like the old original ones where they would have all kinds of special guests like the harlem globetrotters or Batman and Robin. Those episodes were pretty cool.

the originals are my favorite, but I'd like most to be able to watch the "A Pup Named Scooby Doo"

Ugh, I hate Scooby Doo with an absolute passion. It's been overplayed when it was on Boomerang, Cartoon Network, and even when it was on USA Network (yes, I actually remember when Scooby Doo was one of the last Hanna Barbara cartoons to air on the Cartoon Express and I was 5 years old). The plots are repetitive, it's nothing but cheap parlor gags from the haunted house, and I cannot stand Shaggy and Scooby. I'm glad I'm not the only one here who doesn't like it.

While I do agree with you, the old direct-to-VHS movies that they used to put out in the late '90s, like the "Zombie Island" one (which was apparently based on an unproduced SWAT Kats episode, go figure  ) and "Witch's Ghost" were pretty good. Unfortunately, I do agree that they overplayed the reruns on Cartoon Network (anyone else remember when they played all the episodes of "Scooby Doo, Where Are You?" in a day back in 1999?), when there were better shows like Looney Toons or Jonny Quest in their library?

I did like The New Scooby Doo Movies the best. Batman and the Scooby gang working on a mystery together was quite a trip to watch

The New Scooby Doo Movies (1972), and A Pup Named Scooby Doo will always remain two of my top favourite Scooby Doo cartoons. I really was going to go with Scooby Doo, Where Are You and What's New Scooby Doo, but Boomerang and Cartoon Network overplayed them in my vote. :P
