    That's really hard for me since nowadays, it's REALLY hard for me to find a place that sells NES games in my area. There's absolutly no where that sells NES games in my area. I looked in every thrift store and pawn shop that's in my area. I happen to work in a thrift store myself but they RARELY sell video games at all, I'd have to be lucky to have my eyes laying on a video game there. The last place that sold classic video games in my area was either Pandora's games or Game Crazy. Pandora's games got shut down last year and as for Game Crazy, they stopped selling classic video games to make room for new stuff to make money. I'm probably just gonna send Super Mario Bros 2 in, I mean after all, I have versions of that game on SNES, GBA, and Virtual Console. That should do for a while.

    		 Well after checking my e-mail, it turns out that he's gonna use a donor cart so I won't be sending a game in after all. Except the tough part about it is that I'm gonna have to get a paypal account, and I don't know how I'd be able to register on Paypal.

    But yeah, both Mothers 1 and 2 are both good games. I read in a 2003 issue of Nintendo Power talking about both games (which was around the time Mother 1 + 2 was released on GBA in Japan) and they mentioned how Mother 1 was originally going to be released in the US and how it got cancelled while Mother 2 was released in the US in 1995 as EarthBound. They also mentioned both games being released on GBA in Japan and was unknown for it to have a US release.

    		 One thing that kind of bugs me is that in the US version of Earthbound, Ness's friend's character who uses that machine the Giygas use is named "Pokey", but in Super Smash Bros Brawl, his name is "Porky" instead. What's up with that? :roll:

    Porky is his Japanese name, and the translators were too lazy to change it... Seriously, I understand for the stage why they keep it, maybe even the boss battle (he could've gone under that name after he took over or something), but even his sticker, which is a direct picture from EarthBound, has his name as Porky too! :x

    		 Yeah, I thought of that, but I find it unnecessary the way they changed his name for every instance in the game. I hope they at least mention his name was originally Pokey in his trophy, which I've yet to get.

    		 I would be suprised if they actually kept the name Pokey on the trophy. Whenever I think about how they kept Porky in the US version of this game, I ask myself: Did these game translators even play Earthbound on Super Nintendo before translating this game? It's one of those things in which Nintendo should have released it on Virtual Console and include it as one of the masterpieces like they did in the japanese version.
