Did anyone like this game on the N64? I used to enjoy it. It was sort of short though, but fun, and if I remember correctly it only had six levels. I remember an old friend of mine and I used to like doing the VS/sudden death matches on it. I never did try out the 2nd game, but it looks like it was just as good if not better?

What are your thoughts on this game?

I love Chameleon Twist with a passion. Great story, innovative gameplay I've yet to see elsewhere, and awesome multi-player. One of the few games I could play for hours straight.

Now I rented Chameleon Twist 2 when it was new with hopes I was getting a newer, better installment. Unfortunately, what I was in for was pure crap. The models changed from cartoony cute chameleons to ugly real ones, absolutely no multi-player (one of my favorite parts of the first), and the gameplay and story were just crap. If I were you I'd just stay away from it.
    Game... ovahhhhhhhhh!!!

I'm not too surprised actually, as the firsts are usually always better than the sequels. I wasn't sure I liked the new look for the chameleons and the gameplay from the box either, but no multi player mode... what were they thinking?? They could have done a nice updated 2 player mode :x
Yeah, I'll definitely stick with the original then, thanks.

That's alright, Turbo, there's way too many games out there for us to give a fair shot at them all! Try it out again sometime if you get chance though, and preferably the first one. :)

No, only the first one. The second one would make you want to track us down and kill us for thinking we actually liked that crappy game just because we like the first.

The second game wasn't so bad.
