You're 6'1 and 155, and you want to get down to 150? I'm not even that tall, and I weigh more... but my goal isn't that low.
I got a BMI of 23.3, I think. It's in the 'normal' range, but they say the ideal set is 22 for a BMI, so I set a goal of 2-months & 10lbs.
If you're going to get your BMI up (ideal is supposed to be 22. Lower is below-normal), you need to gain weight by muscle strength...
My Wii Fit Body Age (by definition of the weight/height/BMI & those 2-fit tests) is 41...
So my goal:
- BMI of 22.
- Fit-Age of 25. (even though I'm older than that)
- Target date: July 20th
- Loss of 10lbs or so (once it gets a wii bit warmer out, I'll be biking & kayaking a lot more).
