A NEW POKEMON GAME IS GOING TO BE RELEASED FOR Nintendo Ds Pokemon Platinum Time to catch a few more: A new Pokemon game has been announced, Pokemon Platinum. Last month's issue of Japanese kid's comics magazine CoroCoro teased that a big Pokemon announcement would be forthcoming in the next issue. That new issue was released today (pictured in the post is a scan of the announcement page), and now we know that the next game in the franchise is to be called Pokemon Platinum (in Japanese, it's Pocket Monster Platina). The main Pokemon in the game will be Giratina, who is also prominently featured in this summer's Pokemon film, Pokemon Diamond & Pearl the Movie: Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin, out on July 29th. The game itself is an update to the Pokemon Diamond and Pearl games, and is said to expand on the storyline, as well as including a few new features. The Nintendo DS game is scheduled for a Japanese release this fall.

In fact I think I have more ps2 games than snes. But I play my snes games way more.

With that being said, I still like Super Nintendo more. The Super Nintendo is my favorite console of all time. I don't care if it's older or not, I still love it to death.
