If for some reason you want to check out the later movies, just get Mystery of The Midnight Monster. There's an awesome song titled The Creature De La Nuit (The Creature Of The Night) sung by the movie's villainess Madame Mousee (Pronounced "Moo-SEI" . She's delightfully crazy and alternates between a bronx (pissed) and french accent (normal) depending on her mood. Crazy pink poodles for the win.
I'm the creature de la nuit, ze poodle of Paree
and nowhere in the world is there a dog more smart than me
I am novelle, chic, and wise, don't judge me by my size
And if you double-cross me I will rip out both your eyes
You're fools to mess with me...Regard! The creature de la nuit
Without me you were starving, living on scraps and rice
(rice!)
Now we're on our way to easy street, soon you'll be rolling in mice
(mice!)
So don't make light of me WHOOPEE! The creature de la nuit
I may appear a mere poodle, but deep in my heart I remain
a greyhound a pit bull a doberman pinscher...
or better yet, a great dane!
"but what bout that nosy reporter?"
I will nab that nosy miss in a trap she can't resist
and then I'll give that pretty neck (heeheeheehee) a chic french TWIST!!
So mademoiselly Nellie Brie, you must take me seriously
If Napoleon were a her with fur...HE WOULD BE ME!!
I make no apology jes sui (that's she)
Un formidable enemy
You prissy pussycats agree
I'm the creature de la nuit....en-GARD!
