Help me remember

    		 My mom has a picture of me with a stuffed animal that was a character on an old PBS show. He looks like a clown with orange hair sticking out of both sides of his head. His middle is made of different colored rings. She said all she can remember is that he used to spin all the time on the show. This would've been the early 80's. I was only 4 or 5 so 1983-1985. I am almost positive it would've had to be PBS because that was all I was allowed to watch. :roll:
    It's driving me crazy that I can't remember.

    ehh ... well Up-Up was a puppet and he had stripes so its a reach but I thought I'd try?

    		 I wish I could post it up but it's at my mom's house and she lives 3 hours away. It wasn't that guy. The character I had was short and fat and looked more like a clown. Thanks for the help so far though.
