That space vampire chic from Life Force was also an exceptional villain, if only for the fact that she was absurdly hot and naked in the whole film.

Yeah, it's really quite remarkable how somebody took the time to get that particular screenshot. "I think we should all go hide in a coffin.......that's a bad fuckin' idea...."

These two may not be the best movie villians ever but I sure as hell think they're the funniest.

    Dr. Evil from Austin Powers.
Russ Cargill from The Simpsons movie.

I'd vote for either the "Predators" or the "Aliens" from the Alien Vs. Predator movie.

Not counting Hollywood monsters or Horror Villians, here's a few of mine.

Now, I prefer my villians funny and/or misunderstood, but here's a few just plain evil ones that I happen to like:

Palpitine- He's more evil than Darth Vader. Vader's like the message boy, doing Palpatine's dirty work. (Now I love Darth, but think about it.)

Unicron- A giant, planet eating, mind controlling planet that transformers into an equally huge robot.

Early Disney Villians- They were total badasses back in the day. Now a days they seem more like bullies than villians.

Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmatians

Eva Galli, the shape shifting ghost bitch from Ghost Story

Judge Doom from Who Framed Rodger Rabbit

The Joker from Tim Burton's Batman

    Randall Flagg from The Stand

Jack Torrance from the 1980 version of The Shining

But the number 1 villain on my list has to be Dr Freudstein from House By The Cemetery.
Video may have killed the radio star, but reality crapfests killed the video.
