Does anybody remember this on VH1? I use to love reading the little facts that came with the music videos. It sucks that they got rid of that. :(

Dude I know right, I used to love that show. They took it off the air right when I started watching it too :( I still caught the last few months of it though.

Yeah, I forget exactly when they took it off air. But that stuff was interesting to watch. You got to know stuff about the artists and videos, so it had a double purpose.

Even if I didn't like the song I would watch for all the little neat facts that they showed. I'm such a Pop Up Video addict!

Yeah, that show was the best. Any show that can actually make watching a Michael Bolton video entertaining is awesome.

I was going to post this, but you already found the link. VH-1 also ran a show named The Big 80's which had 80's music videos about the same time as Pop Up Video. If someone makes a VH-1 Music Video room, maybe we could post links to 80's music videos and pics.

This was a great show, Much Music ran it for a few years. I have the pop up video for the Rolling Stones' Love is Strong in my You Tube favorites.

I remember watching this show back in the 90's. I don't think VH1 Classic has aired every episode they made during that time, but its still great to see it again.
Video may have killed the radio star, but reality crapfests killed the video.

This show was okay, but I haven't seen it since 2002 (or was it 2003?)
