I never cared enough to figure why he mutated. no, i was just kidding. the irony of it strikes me funny. i'm the type of person who likes to know all about different characters. it's nothing against you at all! i guess i wasn't really surprised at his background story. he seems like a mix of hulk and tarzan, anywho. thanks anyway for the great info!

Elena, Chun-li, Guy and Rose come in somewhere after that (being my favorite characters doesn't necessarily mean they're the best I play with though). and yeah, that's right about Blanka. Originally they said he got his powers from the storm that crashed his plane, but I believe officially he learned it from mimicking electric eels. How one does that, I don't know but hey, I can't project myself in a ball either.
