I think that since the boss is away updating sites and earning muchos moneys, we should keep up his good work and ask him to assign another moderator to help out whilst he is almost but gone. if we're talking sheer experience here - i think i more than qualify.
im a lvl 5 mod with a +1 cloak of administration
i use a keyboard that does 2d8 +1 damage to noobs
and a mouse that heals 1d10 to all members
but seriously - im a 3rd year administrator at a very large forum and a 1 year mod at another - i know how these things work.
