Well there's Invader ZIM, Freakazoid, Time Squad, Schnookums and Meat and Back to the Future to name a few. Not very old but I've seen so many cartoons that I don't always remember.

This isn't an old cartoon, but I wish Gary the Rat was on longer. They cancelled it before the end of the first season.

    Visionairies
    Mighty Orbots

I tend to like the short lived toons more than the popular ones.

some old toons, i miss, some new. invader zim really had the same awkward humor that was translated in vasquez's comic books series, especially jthm. but of course vasquez had to keep things clean. his comic books had graphic violence and had some pretty eerie scenes

Oh yeah, there was another one I forgot to mention, but I don't recall what the name of the cartoon was. It was some force of dinosaurs who fought evil. There was a t-rex, a teradactil, and some other ones that I can't remember right now.

The first thing to pop into mind for me was Mighty Max. I swear I adored this show! I loved it! I just hate the fact that it wasn't more widely received, then maybe we would've gotten that movie that was originally planned for it, as far as I know.

Next to come to mind, that I really liked, though I know others will probably disagree, is Mummy's Alive. It was loaded with historical inaccuracies, but I still really liked it.

Mission Hill was another series I wish could've lasted longer. It was fun to watch.

Mighty Ducks I really liked too.

That's about all I can think of right off.

Edit: I just thought of another toon show that I loved that was short-lived...Cro.

Exo-Squad, it would of been neat if they put this show on prime time instead of Saturday Mornings. That show actually have people dying and more complex characters than anything from my childhood (70s/80s child if you were wondering).

Mighty Max, the only toy based toon that I actually liked.

Ulysses 31, one of the few good 80s cartoons.
