Remember, American Gladiators? It was a good show from 1989-1993 after that I stoppped watching. I used to love it! I remember it well because it used to come on Saturday afternoons 1PM after WWF Superstars.

    Those were the days.

My two favorite gladiators were Gemini and Nitro. Some of the female gladiators were hot. Some were just too bulky.

The above link to the other topic doesn't work so I'm posting...

I thought American Gladiators was the bomb! My favorite event was the one where the gladiators would shoot tennis balls at contestants...It was such a nail-biting event! You know those tennis balls had to hurt! Ouch!

Gemini was my favorite, he was the huge black guy who rocked the joust, and when he passed from an obvious steroid overdose he begat Sabre another larger Black man, also Thunder was the largest man in the history of the world and Rico Costantino was the greatest Handbiker in the History of the show, just watch clips from his championship 1990 season, as soon as he hit the hand bike game over

    I loved American Gladiator.
My favorite event was the one where they set up the air cannon with tennis balls so the gladiator could shoot at you while you dived for cover to get the weapons to shoot at the target over their heads. That would have been so much fun...

My parents used to ship me off to day camp during the summer and we would play American Gladiators.
