Hi, I'm making an article on Castle of Illusion and I need these pictures converted to .jpg or a file acceptable here on RJ. Thx. The pics are really important and There would be a gap in the article without them. Could you help me? And why doesn't RJ accept bitmaps?

Nvm, you can lock this. Somehow, when I submitted it to Photobucket, it turned into a JPG? Meh.

Oh, wait, it's still a Bitmap

Google 'IrfanView'. Its a free photo editing program.

Irfanview is the man it helps out in situations when pics are too big.

It won't give me any adware will it?

Edit: I just checked the properties, and it says that the pics above are JPGs. Huh? Does photobucket turn all pics into JPGs?

I'm not for sure, pry view all jpg's in your folder ? :?

Anyway, iirc IrfanView is free and open source, so you have 110% guarantee it's spy/ad-ware free. :)

I'd personally open those pictures in paint, click save as, tell it to ave as jpeg, and boom. Then reupload to the internets.

Also I don't see how retrojunk would have problems with other image formats (save for the board's limitation to not load bmp images in the [img] tags.)

EDIT: Is it just me, or are those pics Baloo already posted in jpeg format ? :?

That's what I said, but when I uploaded them again to RJ in that format, it still gives me a boxed x instead of a picture.... :x

Thanks Link, now I don't need to download irFanView! :D
