I remember when the movie "Waynes World" came out those 2 did a spoof of this beginning, because they were in Milwakee and passed by the brewery so they decided to do the theme song. Those two must have watched retrojunk many times in order to perfect the same Lavern & Shirly song lol.
When I watch reruns of this now, it still makes me laugh so hard! I didn't like the show after they moved to California, but when they were in Wisconson, it was so funny.
