Addition:
Ramma had this curse when fell into a well in which a girl had drowned. So when he came out of the well the curse started and every time he gets splashed by cold water, he turns into a girl and he can only become a boy is to be splashed by warn/hot water

I fully agree, BBlaze2! This is one of the best series out there. I actually traveled for an hour when it came out on VHS to get it at the local Anime Store.
