A normal innocent housewife named Amanda King was walking down a subway platform until a man in a white tuxedo (whom happens to be a secret agent named Lee Stetson aka Scarecrow) stopped her a handed her a package. He told her to give the package to the man in a red hat on the train. Amanda reluctantly agreed. Later teamed up to become partner fighting crimes & stopping villians each week.
