For years, one of Nickelodeon's most popular characters was Stick Stickly. He was the popsicle stick puppet host of Nickelodeon's "Nick in the Afternoon" summer programming block which aired weekdays from 3-5pm. Sadly, he is no longer used on Nickelodeon.

I remember they had a whole special about his twin brother and they went to the top of the Twin Towers and everything. Can you imagine a film crew planning to go to the top of the Twin Towers just to film a talking Popsicle Stick... That why the 90s was awesome.
