Dorothy and Toto have returned to the magical land of Oz with the help of the magical Ruby Slippers. She is reunited with her friends Scarecrow, Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion as they save the Wizard and Emerald City from the evil clutches of the Wicked Witch of the West.
