This was a short-lived cartoon about a circus bear (Kissyfur) and his dad, Gus, who escaped to live in a swamp. This cartoon centered around the cubs of the swamp and their misadventures which most included the gators that were trying to eat them but Gus always came to the rescue just in time.

I also remember the pilot showing at night before the show picked up on sat. mornings. I also remember the same about the Rescue Rangers and Duck Tails...It was kind of a rare thing to catch a cartoon at 7 or 8 p.m. on a weeknight back then.

This is my best toon ever. use to watch it when I was about 11 years. I still remember how the gators used to hunt the cubs! God, if any one can put them on DVD they can be a nice memory revival for me. memory of those good old days(if anyone has the reach me at richmuks@gmail.com)
