This was a show about the Infamous "Big Boy" who was a soldier in a giant metal suit who protected earth from all sorts of things. Scientists created the boy robot, Rusty, to be Big Boy's sidekick. Rusty was programmed to have real feelings and emotions like a 10 year old boy and idolized Big Boy, thinking he was a robot too. Because of the devastating emotions of a 10 year old boy, the characters always lied to Rusty about Big Boy's human essence and let him believe he was a full robot.
