A game show, hosted by Jim Perry, and based on Hangman. Two teams, with two players per team (one celebrity and one civilian, later two civilians), tried to solve a puzzle by "giving away" a letter to the opponents that DID NOT appear in the solution (eg. Q, X, or Z) and then "taking" a letter for themselves that DID appear in the solution. First team to solve two puzzles won the match and tried to win additional cash by solving a "Bonus Definition."
