Based upon the adult oriented stunt like tv game show.
This version was aimed at teens.
Where A high school gym clas would be divided into three
teams:The Blue,The Gold and The White Team.
The teams had to complete zany stunts in the least ammount
of time..in order for them to win scholarship monies and a color
tv set for the school.
Soupy Sales was the host..three well known stars served as
the celebrity coaches for the teams:EG Michelle Lee,Don Knotts,
Jackie Cooper,Wilt Chamberlin,Judy Carne,Ed Asner.
Unfortuneatly.
The heads of ABC TV didn't air the show on one timeslot..
the show was seen either early in the morning or in the evening
or at 12:00 P.M.
Hence!
It was never able to find an audience and it was soon banished
to Sunday morning reruns the following year..prior to be cancalled.
Earlier that year..Soupy had co-hosted a pilot for another kids comedy tv
game show"Way Out Games!"With Joanna(Daverona)Kerns on CBS TV.
