Bozo the Clown (Gary Weir's version) retells Charles Dickens classic story "A Christmas Carol" to the children and his sidekick T.V. Prime (based on the local KLRT Channel 16 TV mascot). Bozo's tells the story of Ebenezer Bozo and how he turns from the stingiest man in television to believing in the Christmas spirit by various ghosts.
