Well, "short lived" would be an understatement. I only recall seeing one episode. And, apparently in the market I was watching it from (NYC), it was being shown as a holiday special, pre-empting a series regularly seen in the time slot it was shown. So I'm surprised to know that there was a series made out of this video game franchise. Despite the poor quality of the animation, I just had to watch. Though it wasn't until Bonkers came around that I started having a thing for toon wildcats. Scratch from "The Biskitts" is also a fave of mine.
One other thing I should mention is that this character was created by renowned funny animal artist Ken Macklin. His artwork has been featured on certain issues of a comic-book style funny animal anthology series from the late 80's called "Critters", and since creating Bubsy has been working as a freelance commercial artist.
