Following the heels of the successful Jackson 5 cartoon, Rankin/Bass created another cartoon series based on another hit-making sibling group, The Osmonds. The show follows the family act (minus Marie) as they travel around the world as part of a musical people-to-people project set up by the U.S. Music Commitee.

This takes me back. I remember the intro theme song was "One Bad Apple" which had marginal success in 1973? Very similar to the Jackson 5 cartoon.

oh brother do i remember this show.
i liked it and my cousin's like the jackson 5 we'd sit and argue about which one was better for hours. neither of us won.
