Baldy Man was a character played by Gregor Fisher, a Scots comedian. His chief attribute was his comb over hairstyle as well as his bumbling nature and plump figure. The series achieved respectable viewing figures but was not as successful as Mr Bean, however it was liked by a large proportion of Scotland. The show was a sitcom with little to no dialogue. He first appeared in a series of sketches in the BBC Scotland show Naked Video.

I remember this show.!! It was on a tv show along with mr.Bean, Mr.Bill. Hale(sp?) and pace, Freddy Star. It was a great tv show i loved it.

I remember this. I had a video of some of the episodes. It never was as funny as Mr Bean but it got a few chuckles out of me.
