WWE Heat is considered the "b-show" for the WWE's Raw brand, featuring lower-level superstars in matches and interviews. The show also includes recap footage from brand-related events of the past week.
The show began as "Sunday Night HeAT" on USA Network back in 1998. The show moved to MTV in September 2000 when the then-WWF shifted to the Viacom Network. Heat moved to SpikeTV in 2003, and as of October 2005, Heat only aired on television in non-North American markets. Within the U.S. and Canada, Heat is aired online, available segment-by-segment.
