This series was a mix of music & comedy. The theme song was their hit song "Love Will Keep Us Together". Daryl (The Captain) Dragon & Toni Tennille had a huge musical following in the 70s. Part of the "The Captain's" character was that he never spoke during enterviews. They were married and though the series was going well they decided to quit it to continue with their music. In 1978 & 1979 they had 3 tv specials, 1 in New Orleans, 1 in Hawaii, and 1 "Captain & Tennille Songbook".
