I loved this show. Made me exercise in the morning. If I remember correctly, it used to come on right after Good Morning Mickey, right? Anyway, they should still have something like this to make kids more active, I think.

OMG I used to LOVE this show! My mom used to laugh at me cause I would get into my dance tights and exercise along even though the show came on at the crack of dawn.
