Creator Rod Serling wrote and produced the majority of episodes in the series which aired from 1959 to 1964 and hosted the twisted sci-fi legend. Soon to be famous actors such as Robert Redford, William Shatner and Burt Reynolds as well as established stars were featured in spine-tingling episodes. The series continues in revivals, movies and remakes but remains one of the all-time best series in television history.

For its time, this show was quite creepy. It was also entertaining. They even made a movie of it in 1983, which was also good.

There was talk about remaking the show in the 1970's for ABC but never happend. I wounder how it would of done I would of like it.

Why ABC well CBS did not want it till the 80's remake and NBC was were they did the famous and just done with Night Gallery. So putting it on ABC.

I remember watching this show on WPIX-TV back when I was a kid, I remember the end credits where it goes into the Viacom's "V of Doom" or "Pinball". That brings back some memories. it was on one of those clips.

I loved "Why Can't I Be Normal?" I saw it on the KTLA 40th aniversary marathon last year.
Everyone says that the Twilight Zone was scary but I used to watch it when I was 11. I knew every station that carried it.
