Based on the movie starring Michael J Fox, the show follows the further adventures of the budding young werewolf Scott Howard, and for some strange reason, new family members never mentioned in the movie are living in the Howard house.

Unlike the movie where everyone knows Scott's a werewolf. In this fun cartoon, Scott must keep what he is a secret from everyone while at the same time try to score a date with the schools most popular girl, Pamela. Only Stiles and Boof know what Scott really is, and are always there to help him in case things get a little hairy.

This was one of the introductions for the first season, there was also another introduction, I liked the movie, and the cartoon was nice, but it did not pertain to the movie.

Man, I remember when this was out in '87, werewolfs was the cool thing at the time. I was like 7 or 8 years old, and I used to shout out of nowhere "TEEN WOLF"!!! and then someone (one of my friends) used to then shout "GONNA HOWWWLL TODAY"!!!!!!!!!! right afterwards.

Finally ordered the complete series from Amazon in the UK have a multi-region dvd so I will transfer the set to NTSC dvd's so I can play them. Worth the exchange to own the series without having to buy it from a seller who taped them off the tv
