Soul Train is the groundbreaking television dance show that is centered around American black music, black artists, and (especially) black dance. The show is the longest running first run syndicated program in television history. Especially known for the notorious Soul Train Line and Scrambleboard. Don Cornellius hosted the show when it first aired in 1971. He stopped hosting the show in 1993.
