 Linda Hamilton is an actress best-known for playing the character of Sarah Connor in the first 2 "Terminator" movies, gaining confidence in the first one and then becoming a bad-ass in "Terminator 2: Judgment Day". She also reprised the role in the Universal Studios attraction "Terminator 3-D: Battle Across Time". She also showed a softer side as the character of Catherine Chandler on the fantasy-drama "Beauty And The Beast".
She suffers from bipolar disorder, but has been keeping it check with medication for several years now. She was married to actor Bruce Abbott, with whom she had a son named Dalton, from 1982 to 1989. She later married her "Terminator" director James Cameron, and had a daughter with him named Josephine. Cameron's affair with "Titanic" actress Suzy Amis led to a divorce where she ended up with millions of dollars in a divorce settlement.
She still acts occasionally, but it's usually in smaller projects.
