 Born(May 26,1949) Thomas is an actor most famous for his role of Detective Ricardo Tubbs on the TV series "Miami Vice"(1984-1990) His first notable role was in the film "Sparkle"(1976). He also has supplied the voice for the character Lance Vance in the video games Grand Theft Auto: Vice City(2002)and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories(2006)
