 April Winchell was born on January 4th, 1960. At a young age she began voice acting and later was the voice of Helga in the film Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Winchell's most noteable TV roles include the voice of Peg in Goof Troop, Cruella de Vil in 101 Dalmations: The Animated Series and The Finster in Recess. She has also had her own radio show and currentlt runs a popular website, AprilWinchell.com. Los Angeles Magazine recently named her one of LA's funniest people.
