 Annette Funicello was born October 22, 1942 in Utica, New York. She was Disney's most popular Mouseketeer and starred in a string of popular beach movies with her on-screen beau and husband, teen idol Frankie Avalon.
Because of health problems..Ms.Funicello was forced to retire
from peforming.
He last appearances were in the films"Back To The Beach"
with Mr.Frankie Avalon and an all star cast in 1986 and the
NBC TV Movie "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes!"
The latter made for tv movie is based upon Ms.Funicello's
memiors.
