 Born(June 13, 1943)Malcolm Mcdowell is a british actor of TV and movies best known for his portrayal of Alex in the acclaimed Kubrick adaptation of Anthony Burgess's book "A Clockwork Orange"(1971).Aside from playing villainous roles on screen,Mr.McDowell has played a heroic HG.Wells in the movie "Time After Time!"(1979).
A variation of"The Time Machine"..in which Wells
travels thru time to prevent "Jack The Ripper"(played by
David Warner)from killing inocent women in 1970's San Fran-
cisco,Cal.
"Time After Time!"also featured actress Mary Steenburgen
..who would later marry Mr.McDowell.
