Jamie Foxx was born as Eric Bishoff in 1967. He adopted the stage name, "Jamie Foxx" in 1990. In 1992 he got his big break when he was hired on In Living Color. When In Living Color ended on Fox, he was offered his own show on The WB entitled, "The Jamie Foxx Show." It ran for 5 successful years. After "The Jamie Foxx Show," he went on to be a signer and progress in his acting career. In 2004, he starred in the Acdemy-Award winning film, "Ray," in which he portrays legendary singer, Ray Charles. In 2005, he released his album, "Unpredictable," and it was a fast hit. Today, Jamie continues to be active in his singing and acting career.
